(hometown: Alberta) Jim Ronaghan was a car owner, highly skilled mechanic, and a renowned member of the Old Trapper team, which consisted of himself, Dick Panter, and his son-in-law, Albert Branham. It began with a 1967 Plymouth GTX with a 426 Hemi engine and ended with a 1968 Hurst Hemi Dart. Together, the team ran 4 Old Trapper cars, garnering many victories and records along the way.
