ABOUT
Carl Rowland was a design graduate from the Ontario College of Art, who had undisputed talent as a part owner/driver of the famous Karbelt C/A Fiat, world record holder. He drove the Fiat Percy cars from around 1965 to 1972, with a NHRA MPH record for C/A with 126:58 and a Nascar Championship win, in 1966.
